Dolphin Users Help Files
The Dolphin Users Help Files are designed to address common needs in offices utilizing Dolphin Software or any other dental technology. The Help Files will continue to evolve with the marketplace, regulations, software, and technology. We separated the Help Files based on the different software modules, but you may find the same resource on multiple pages. Being that Dolphin was designed to be a single software solution for dental practices, its functionality spans from module to module. If you do not own every module that Dolphin offers, you can still utilize most of the features outlined by the Dolphin Users Group and you will likely not have to purchase additional software.
If you would like a guide relating to anything within the dental industry, please contact us and we will do our best to build it for you OR point you in the appropriate direction.
Help Files for your Dolphin Software
Invest in your Dolphin System
Make the investment, in your practice and team, and hire a trainer to help move your practice forward. The Dolphin Users Help Files will allow you to enhance the functionality of your office over time, its a process, assuming you have the time to customize your system. What may take you months to configure may take a trainer hours. Our trainers can use the knowledge that they have gained from other offices to streamline your implementation, avoid mistakes others have made, and utilize templates that are already available. This can all be done without affecting your daily production. The Dolphin trainers are independent contractors and you can hire them directly, or through Dolphin Imaging, for on-site training or web based training. Don’t forget, you can supplement training with the webinars in your Dolphin Service Club account and the webinars created by the Dolphin Users Group.
Quick Dolphin Tip
In all of your software, you can enter the Dolphin Help Menu by pressing the F1 key. This function is underutilized by Dolphin Users around the world. If you would like more information, please review our blog post regarding the Help Function within your software.
